7 Quick and delicious Banana recipes

Bananas are the evergreen, nutritious, and cheapest fruits. These are the most widely consumed and 5th trading fruits of the world.

 Whole wheat Banana bread


It is a light, fluffy, soft, and whole wheat recipe, so good for your health.

Mesh 2 peeled bananas in a bowl, add ½ cup sugar, oil ¼ cup, ½ cup curd, now mix it well. Now, add wheat flour 1 cup, cornflour 1/2 tbsp., baking soda ½ tbsp., Baking powder 1 tbsp., Banana scent ½ tsp., Chocochips, and milk for perfect consistency.

Now, put the mixture in a greased cake vessel in a preheated microwave at 180°C for 45 minutes.


Whole wheat Banana cake


Let's make a soft and moist finger-licking cake from ripened bananas.

Cut 2 peeled bananas, mix 3/4 cup sugar, ¾ cup curd and mix well. Now, add ½ cup oil, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1.5 cup wheat flour, baking powder 1 tbsp., baking soda ½ tbsp, salt ½ tsp, choco chips and mix well. Now transfer it to a greased cake vessel, tap, and put in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.


Banana smoothie


 Take 1 peeled banana, yogurt 4 tbsp, sugar syrup 4 tsp, honey 1 tsp, milk 100 ml, ice, and blend it thoroughly until it becomes smooth. A tasty yummy chill smoothie is ready to serve you. 


Pazham Pori


It is a famous snack in Kerala. It is crispy and quick to make.

In a bowl add ½ cup maida, 2 tbsp rice flour, turmeric powder ¼ tsp, sugar 2 tbsp, cardamom powder ¼ tsp, salt, water, and mix it well to make a thick batter. Now, cut 2 bananas into halves. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan, now dip the bananas into the batter and deep fry them. Serve it when hot.


Banana appam


Take ½ cup jaggery in a pan and pour 1.5 cup water into it, now melt it. After it’s completely melting, let it cool. Meanwhile, mash 2 bananas, ¼ cup rice flour, ½ cup grated coconut, 2 tbsp white sesame, cardamom powder, baking powder 1 tsp, now pour the jaggery sauce in it. Mix it very properly.

Take a pan, put butter on it, and bake them. You can have these pancakes at any time of the day.


Banana muffins


 Have Milk 1/3 cup and1 tsp vanilla essence, mix It, and keep aside.

Take 1 overripe banana, 1/3 cup oil, sugar ½ cup, flour ¾ cup, baking powder 1 tsp, cardamom powder ¼ tsp, cocoa powder ¼ cup, and choco chips. Pour the liquor kept aside and Mix them well.

Now put it in a muffin tray, then into the oven at 180°C for 35 minutes. Mini eggless muffins are ready to eat.


Mangalore buns


Take 2 bananas in a bowl, put 2 tbsp sugar, mesh and mix well, curd ¼ cup, cumin 1 tsp, a pinch of baking soda, half tsp salt, and mix well.

Now, add 2 cups of maida, and knead the dough for 5 minutes appropriately. Grease it well, and let it rest for a minimum of 8 hours. The next day kneed it slightly and make small roles and fry it until becomes golden brown.

Spongy, fluffy Mangalore buns are ready to serve with any sausage you want.
